Terms of Use
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Analyst Arena (theanalystarena.com), run by Aditya Krishna in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@theanalystarena.com.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and you’re responsible for what happens under it. One account per person.
Taking the Arena Score fairly
- Take the test yourself. Don’t let anyone else take it for you or help you during it.
- You can use the tools the test allows, such as running your SQL in the built-in editor. Don’t use scripts or bots to answer.
- Don’t copy, publish or share the test questions or answers.
If we find a score was earned unfairly, we may cancel it, along with its certificate and leaderboard place.
What a score means
Your Arena Score shows how you did on one set of questions on one day. It’s a useful signal, not a professional qualification or an accredited certification, and we don’t promise any employer will accept it.
The course
Full course access costs ₹999, paid once through Razorpay, and unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed. Course content is for your own learning. Don’t resell, republish or share your access. See Refunds, cancellations and delivery.
Practice data
Kestrel, BrightCart, their users and all their data are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or companies is a coincidence.
Availability
We work to keep the site running and the grading correct, but the site is provided “as is”. It may sometimes be unavailable, and questions or grading may be corrected after the fact. If we fix a grading mistake, scores may be recalculated.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using the site. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
